cervical herniated disc headache
Why would my workers comp dr keep me working when I am in severe pain and very weak and numb?

Have 3 herniated disc, spinal stenosis, ddd, severe headaches, pain back of neck, down arms and no strength in arms, numbness, weakness. Dr just keeps sending me for epidurals, and now pt, wont give anything for pain. Live in Tn
He is a spine dr and he did cervical fusion 4 yrs ago and treated me much different but it was not workers comp then. I get nervous to go to my appt.

Sounds like you need to contact an attorney. They will take on a workers comp case with no up front fee. Go through your local Bar Association to get a referral that way you don’t get an ambulance chaser. They eill let you know your rights and usually ahve alternative doctors you can see. The one now works for your company and does not have you in mind!
